BG @ 9.25. am 6.1. After 1hour walk with dogs

BG after evening meal last night a staggering 10.9
Before bed BG 6.9
Tried rice and half flat bread with home made curry, learning my lesson, No More Carbs!!! K

Sorry about not getting the job but you will get one, an HR who came into the company that I worked for once said to me, apply for everything you would like to do even if you haven't got all they are asking for,has they put lots of requirements but they don't always need them. Good Luck
