Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

After being really strict diet wise for last 3 days I managed a 4.5 this morning. Felt my numbers were creeping up as I took more treats. Now if I could get rid of this sciatica.
A winner for the number, a hug for the pain

20.05.2017 -- 08.00am - reading 7.7 - level just refuses to go lower no matter how hard I try and beginning to wonder if Hay Fever has an impact - if anyone knows the answer please reply.
Sorry I'm not able to help with an answer, but as a fellow hay fever sufferer I send hugs.

When I had the flu earlier this year my readings went crazy even tho I wasn't eating I had FBG of 11 and 12
Hormones do as hormones will.... I've just got a cold and my reading have been all over the place too...

I think hay fever meds might interfer. Stress of anything can increase us type2s.

Morning All

Up to 5.7 for me today.

Expecting a poor few days leading up to a Surgeons appointment on Monday, than an endoscopic Ultrasound scan and a meeting with an oncologist next Friday.

On the plus side, the NHS have now told me to concentrate on maintaining my weight and general fitness, rather than worry too much about FBG levels, so I feel another Blackcurrant Cheesecake coming on.....
