Greetings from sunny Thailand. 4.8 the last couple of days up from a steady 3.9 most of the week before. Only started testing in the last couple of months so it's all rather new to me but I'm fighting the numbers. On 500 metformin morning and night and 60 glyclazide in the morning which I'm hoping to get down to 30 soon as I can

I had a 5.6 yesterday (ate more carbs than usual on Wednesday) but back down to 5.0 this morning.
