Morning 5.0 after waking up about 3:30 with a hypo of 3.6 ate some biscuits and toast re tested was 5.6 so went back to bed.
Off to church this morning to set up for holiday bible class

6.5 first thing, had my atkins strawberry shake, an hr later bs 5.8 then 2 hrs.6.5 so not much of a spike thankfully.
