Morning All

6.8 for me today only the second reading over 6 this year.

Interestingly, I had the same meal last night as I did the last time I got a 6.8.

Guess that's taught me something then......

Last meal at 7.30pm last night , 5.3 at 6am and a proper 12 hour fast number of 5.6 at 8am

I'm not currently getting morning liver dumps, they've changed to be afternoon/early evening so almost a 12 hour shift, since I tried a bit of fasting a couple of weeks back...
