This is my first cold in years but I am no spring chicken any more! I think this virus is airbourne so we're all getting it.
I didn't get a carb flu first time around so I'm making up for it now. lol

A carb flu is a symptom sometimes experienced by dieters who start the low carb high fat diet. A flu like cold due to change of diet.
