Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I would think about getting a doctors meeting earlier, this is not the time to be all British and wait in a Que, you know what is going on with the symptoms, so please take this as a gentle prod to go now and be good to your body.

Morning All. - 7/2/16.

This morning 6.3 at 9.30am.

(Before bed 5.9 at 1.30am!!!).
 
5.3 this morning! Under 6 four mornings in a row . Never had that before Have a good day all!
 
Much better today, been on strict LCHF yesterday ,this morning 6.6 mmol, good all through yesterday after meals in the 5s.

I had 5.1 this morning and appear to be remaining in the 5's whenever I measure. This dairy fast was a great idea
