Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.8 this morning, which is the first reading below 7 for a little while. So I'm pleased.
 
Fasting at 7:30 I'm at 5.9, I'm well pleased because we had an 'exciting' evening. I've got a family meal away up the road though so I hope it'll stay that good.
 
4.5 at 5am, bit low now? One extreme to the other did have early supper out though so 10 hours fasting.

5.4 @2:30am
6.3 @4:19am 1hr post breakfast x2 eggs and 2/3rds of a toasted Lidl protein buttered to death.
6.3 @5:22am 2hrs post breakfast, 1hr in to gym
6.5 @6:22am post gym
6.2 @7:29am home after 40min walk back from gym, and a bit of food shopping.
