Meter said 4.2 this morning. Just as incorrect as yesterday's initial reading but I couldn't be bothered to waste strips retesting.

I would love to know why I get 9.5 on a fasting. Ac1 test said not diabetic at 40mml's..and have readings of 9+ to11.5 in the daytime post meals ..had a day without carbs two days ago pre meals 5+ post highest 7.2 I don't know whether I am coming or going !

I do forget to factor that into my thinking. I'm testing at 7am or earlier so I must remember that to bear in mind what I was eating the previous evening.
