7.5 though I seriously struggled to get out of bed when I first woke, so I have a feeling it would be slightly lower if I'd done it half an hour earlier!.
6.3 much better.....now I just need to work out if it was the 2 Babybell just before bed, the defacf coffee with a slug of cream or the fact I was working late and my liver still thinks it s the middle of the night
Seriously though very happy as this is my lowest morning reading to date.
I have just looked at my readings again....I was 6.0 at 00.30 and 6.3 at 8am so only risen by .3 and after 7.5 hours sleep.....Yep I'll happily take that.
