Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Fasting level this morning was 7.6. Not too good but still recovering from Easter. Read Reverse your Diabetes
and it gave me encouragement. Diagnosed in 2004. Never any medication. Average level over the years 7.4.
Told by my medic daughter that I won't die of diabetes at my age (80) and not to worry. Have found recently
that my morning levels exactly follow my indiscretions of the day before. A chocolate eclair yesterday!
3 days ago 5.6. No indiscretions ! Coming into Winter. Colder this morning 12 deg C. Totally blue sky.
Normal. Saw your weather yesterday on Sky. Freezing with Summer approaching. Hope you have a better

Fbg 5.5 wow, well impressed with my new fasting levels. I broke ketosis and I'm back on lchf with pork scratchings and losing weight too. If I'd known it's effect I would have done this diet years ago. I'm hoping to keep this winning formula forever but we all know nothing lasts.
@Tim55 I've ordered R-ala but hasn't arrived yet. Hoping will reduce my insulin need by half.
 
A sort of symmetry today: 6.0 at 6.00am

Still mostly high during the day yesterday in spite of my nice low start.

Perhaps the slightly high 6.3 is understandable?

I'll be in York after popping to Metrocentre, gateshead today. I prefer them frozen. ha ha
You enjoy them William but make sure they melt for ages in your mouth. Only wayto be eaten.
 
Morning all. 4.7 at 6:30 this am.
Looking back over the last month, highest reading is 5.4. All thanks to the Low Carb program, best thing I have done in ages.

Good Morning! I returned the tablet pc which I found difficult to use, and got another laptop, so I'm back online,
6.3 at 0600 today.
