Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

4.4 this morning. That's a relief.
Yesterday was a stressful day, for one reason or another, and I was in the 7s all day (post breakfast, pre lunch, post lunch). When I got home it went down to 6.5 and then after my evening meal not long before bed it was 5.6
 
today 8.5....yesterday appeared to be one of those days...

Morning folks. Another dull, damp day up North. So much for an Indian Summer! BG was 4.9 fasting today. Bacon Butty & a lovely hot cup of tea for brekkie now. Enjoy your Tuesday everyone.

 
A high 6.4 for me this morning going to get in touch with DN later cause bloods are creeping up for some unknown reason
 
Good morning all. I had a fasting reading of 4.8 (PB) this morning after a reading of 5.2 at bedtime. I've stopped re-testing after a result that is a little higher than I thought it should be as I never did it when it was lower !!
 
4.9 My body seems to like early dinners followed by exercise and no more food afterwards
 
5.7 again. 3 post meal 5.1's yesterday, and another random 5.1 in the early evening before dinner. Maybe if I tested when I wake up I'd get a different result, but as usual I had already made my coffee and sliced some mushrooms for my breakfast before I actually tested.
