I don't understand it, well I do _ it was that large bag of doritos I found in the cupboard.

So shall I give up, not eat today or try to eat well? Any advice would be appreciated.

I was on HMS Duncan last night and had a finger buffet at 7pm, it would have been rude to refuse all that wonderful food. Then we went to a wedding dance at 10pm, again more wonderful food. Reading 14.0 at 1.30am this morning But I was given permission by the diabetic nurse to go off the rails for ONE NIGHT, so back on track this morning, but it was worth it
