Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Good morning, I measured 4.1 this morning and had a big breakfast before reading up on gluconeogenesis, amino acids, and other terms
 
Not so surprising 8.3 this morning with no supper, no supper inj nor supplement. Rising as we speak thou. I've had a coffee and cream which normally keeps me low. No supplement til new batch arrives to give some consistency.
It least I know worth buying and work on reducing my insulin.
At Sunday lunch at mum's with lamb in tow. I'll take my nuts too. Ha ha
Not nutters, just nuts. Ha ha
