25/6/16 - Morning.

Went to bed at 10.30pm last night, did not have any supper as I did not feel good. Could it have been the Steriod Injections that I had at the Hospital yesterday?

Woke up in a hot sweat at 7.15am and tested and got 7.9 = think? My Liver had given me a nice start to the day.
