A very naughty 12.2 fbg this morning.
No insulin, no supplement and no metformin yet. Oh and carbs.
I was just checking how high my fbg would be unaided.
Good job im on it today. Back on the wagon! Phew!

After a 24-hour fast my liver found some glucose: 5.2. This result is still really good though

Annoyed! First got a 6.7 so washed hands and re-did and got a 6. Yesterday was a fast do something went wrong with my dinner choice last night - Bolognese with courgetti. I'm perplexed!

6.5 - another high morning for me with my chest cold and sore throat. Not been ill since diag nearly 3 mo the ago, so what is happening to up the BS when the body is experiencing inflammation?
