Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I posted in the other FBS thread, but wanted to repeat my question.

7.6 this morning - much higher than normal (5s) and even higher than yesterday. Could my ice cream 'experiment' on Friday still be raising my BS.

Yes. Any carb there after is fueling it. The sugar may have not been used up yet. The liver loves soaking up carbs.
 
5.4 this morning. I have come to realize that eating a piece of fruit or anything sweet immediately after evening meal will affect my fasting blood sugar. I try to refrain from it and my fbs remains constant.
