Yes, it has been immensely helping me out with questions I have in my mind about different topics related to T2D.

A better 6.0 today but I still want lower. Third consecutive fast day today x

Morning all

After yesterday's smugness and a week on the Mijas Costa I was rewarded this morning with a 5.2 today.

Perhaps the Black Russian in the garden bar last night was a step too far - take note Britishpub

Good Morning! I woke at 0420 and tested, result was 7.3. Tested again at 0630 and it was 6.8. Higher than usual, I think it might be because I was stressed yesterday trying to sort out my internet access, and didn't get out for a walk.

but I coughed so much last night that I was too exhausted to get up and then when I did, forgot to take my blood so this is 3 hours after I got up and was moving about,slowly.

I could be just kidding myself but I like to think it could have been lower first thing.
 

I'm with you - I thing bg increases til I eat or if fasting, takes a while to accept there'll be no food til later....x
