I'm going to check that out - thanks, Deb!Apparently yoga is really good for arthritis. I've been doing chair yoga I found on YouTube and will use it every other day until I get more flexible and it's nice and gentle. X
Mango raises me!6.4 at 0600 today.
I did fast until 7 again yesterday, so I don't know why I wasn't in the 5s again. The only thing I did different was to have Scotch Egg instead of a sausage roll, with salad for supper. Oh, and I had 4 squares of 70% dark chocolate with mango and coconut. I wouldn't have thought that either or both of those would raise my bg that much. Maybe it was just DP.
I am the same, we all need encouragement some times... i had hoped to see a bit more improvement by now (or at least tolerate a few more "carbs") but no... seems to be getting worse... felt like giving up today... just to go on meds and be able to eat! I stayed strong and havent given in... just seems like my body wants to live on air (which seems like it could) while suffering me with hunger pains! I wish it would make up its mind... anyway 5.4 this morning. And been in the 7s all afternoon because i had lunch!I wish I could hug you for saying "you deserve a treat". I told myself this, many times - but I can be too hard on myself sometimes. I am glad somebody said that and actually yes, it has been 9 days since my FBG reading is under 5s (except for one day when I was stressed out). I love strawberries and cream, they're delightful. Will get some and bring them to picnic lunch by the river xx
