I don't always take mine first thing as I know they will be high because of dp. Just take before bed.

4.7 this morning! Yeah Baby, that's what I'm talking about.
I bought my wife a FitBit so we could both track our exercise and she started getting all competitive when I did more steps - but I was definitely competing against diabetes, not her.

Urrrgh 7.0 again, the carbs from that cake is hanging around - swimming and LCHF yesterday. Let's hope tomorrow brings a lower reading
