4.8 This morning - Cant be bothered to check meter for time I had a 'send off' meal for a friend who was relocating to the SE for work. It was DARABA with FUFU (A Chadian staple) being as I love fufu, could not help eating rather generous helpings of that 'Stick-to-your-ribs-delicious-goodness" Oh the grief of this condition. I am reminded of times past, when I would have put away tons of fufu without a care in the world, even as my waistline expanded from all that carb...I lived to die another day...that stuff is soo supreeeeemly awesome:D I have to be extra cautious the next couple of days. My BG has been known to show the consequences of my meal choices days later, instead of at my next BG reading. All in all Ketosis is truly helpful in managing control of this condition. With all the carb involved with that meal, I was expecting phone number BG levels, looks like, apparently my body used it all to first lower my Ketone levels before then using the rest to raise BG levels …(To think this is the low chat option, and here I go prattling on and on):writer:
