7.3 mmol / L this morning after a lie in - probably post liver dump that my pancreas didn't handle too well.
6.6 mmol / L pre bed 45 mins the wrong side of midnight.
Slightly disappointed but, will try harder.

4.8 yesterday, 7.7 this morning after 16 hours travelling and diabetic food on the plane, enough said about that.

Back to the real world on Monday.

A nasty 8 this am own fault cos high carb last meal ..poor nights sleep ( not own fault ) but redeemed myself some what by a 6 mile walk now 5.6

Hope docs can get things sorted for you TIA's are not nice I had 1at 14 and another at 26 due to genetic disorder. I now walk with crutches due to poor balance.

Taken reading just now as strips arrived, before any food:

7.3

A lovely sunny morning, have a lovely day all.

Sorry to hear your having blood flow probs my bro' has similar and he was told to take it steady,....that was 10 yrs ago...he's 68 now, hope you get a good outcome (((((hugs)))))

6.2 this morning - must have been the chips and sausages (definitely not 95% meat content) amongst other things that jumped onto my plate last night!!
Must have been good though to mention it twice.
It was!! Unfortunately my internet is not the fastest (0.5MB if I'm lucky) and it was going a bit slow so I thought that it had not gone through first time so tried again!!
