First result 6, re-tests and got 5.8, I was 6.2 about an hour before bedtime, roast pork for dinner so guess the protein intake is the cause!

5.8 this morning, which was not too bad as it was 8.6 last night.... though probably not after two hours.... another long dinner.... back to work today.... hmmmmm.....

5.4 this glorious sunny morning...... Though I did have to pick up and mop after a doggy "accident" first....

6.8 this morning. That's pretty bad for me but I shouldn't really expect anything better as it has been a far from carb-free weekend, and little exercise too. Still in France but back to a normal low carb diet today. Planning to go for a walk later too. Home tomorrow and then back on to what I hope will be the final leg of my Newcastle-style low calorie diet.

Fasting 6.7 again late morning

Yesterday some very low (for me!) readings:
So: at bedtime -Sun 1.40am: 5.9, then breakfast, lunch, dinner (smaller portions and lots of creamy coffee) 6.3->7.2, 5.4->5.9, 5.6->6.3
