Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

8.7! Only got my new kit and extra strips yesterday. Not tested for 2 years as refused strips by doctor. So bought it. Very surprised. Will have to read up on low GI food and find what sends mine up again. Back to sore fingers.
 
5.2 this morning. Didn't eat anything different yesterday so no idea why it's slightly up from where it's been.
 
Another on in the 7's ...7.6 ..but it was deserved as overdosed on carbs yesterday including 4 tortilla wraps and cake afterwards

4!! I had 2 on saturday night I hope they were suitably filled
 
6.2 this morning. Back home now so time to get these numbers back into the 5s.

I know piggy or what ..went too long between meals stressful day work wise then comfort ate filled with homemade chilli chicken and veg 120 carbs in one meal not good aww well back to grindstone or treadmill
 
7.6 this morning off to doctors to try and sort hay fever out chest still dodgy at night so will mention that too

All the best @loulou9. Do you take antihistamines and if so do they affect your bs levels as I read last night that sometimes they do.
