Good second day reading (and the first wasn't horrendous)6.5 fasting this morning - down from 8.2 fasting yesterday morning.
Have only been testing for 2 days as I have only recently been diagnosed with type 2.

HolaDay45 ND. 4.3mmol/l. Just taking a breather before the visitors arrive for the overnight stay and getting up at 3am to get to the Dawn Service at the War Memorial. No Parkrun tomorrow but full of incident. Hope I can catch up, later.
Hola @SusikavPleasure. We all learn from one another on here. I am trying to keep carbs down to a minimum but yes I have drifted every now and then. Not sure on the potatoes. Haven't had them at all this year but maybe someone else has and could advise? I suppose the only way to check would be to test a small amount first? I think that chap in the diet doctor link experimented with this. I shall have a look see later.
