Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

5.6 this morning after another increase in carbs. I think therefore that I'm going to have to reduce them down again to less than 50g a day to stay in the non-diabetic range where I want to be.
 
5.3 on this beautiful day, 24 years wed & my wife is still the love of my life.

6.0 this morning - did have a rather 'carby' weekend though - looking forward to a good old salad for lunch!
 
4.3 today, my 26th wedding anniversary.

So, my numbers seems to now be good, When will the weight loss kick in, only I'm going on holiday in 2 weeks?
 
7.9 I need to get off this roller coaster .tho did have very little sleep and had late supper so number prob relates to those facts
 
6.1 this morning, been good too, so more motivation to improve and get back into the 5s.
 
5.4 am, 5.9 last night taken slightly earlier than normal as I wanted to get to bed....
