I have tried to get started three times but end up convincing myself that I am starving after the two shakes during the day!! Did you stick strictly to the 800 calories?

Hi, I actually kept at 600 cals per day using 3 Exante meal replacements, plus loads of water and some black coffee as fluid intake. I didn't add anything else in the way of vegetables, etc. as these products offer 100% of the body's nutritional requrements.

I am not a person who has exhibited great willpower in the past, but I did somehow find the motivation to stick with the plan for the 8 weeks I followed it. My motivation was the exceptional BG level improvements literally within days of starting plus the weight loss was consistent - hence not wanting to undo what I had achieved.
