6.9 before bed leading to a record breaking 4.2 this morning....and I had new potatoes with my salad last night.

Get in!

Good morning all (20/06/15)

I'm beginning to wonder if my meter might be getting faulty! Tested at 5.8 and thought "that can't be right" so immediately tested again and got a 4.0!

Whichever reading is right I am happy enough
Had this this morning - too a while to get a big enough drop and was 6.8 tested another finger and was 5.6 -which is more like it!!

Yes bit of a shock when i saw your numbers this morning - very unlike you. Will be interesting to see if you are straight back to to your normal readings. Mine take a few days but reckon yours will be quicker because of your tight control.

Yeah, when I got the 5.8 it was after struggling to draw blood. I guess it's just one of those things.
I'll just test again if I'm dubious about a reading in future.

Morning troops

6.3 Fasting. Up from recent late 5's. Am thinking that the rise is due to very early supper and then some food just before bed? Nothing naughty but a fair amount of walnuts, cheese and ham.

Will have to run it off later.

Morning all

5.7 for e this morning, bit higher than I like it but I had a day out at Weston Park Model show yesterday and was a bit naughty with my eating.....

Great day though!
