Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

5.0 this morning off to work I go. Enjoy the lovely weather don't forget the sun cream and drink plenty of water

I use cream cheese and extra thick cream as thickners. I have used this in everything even cauli broc cheese. I was surprised with the results to be honest as the cream nearly makes it look like normal cream cheese.
 
Morning all 6.5 not bad considering i got woke up at 1 am with one of my heads, never had one during the night befor, and don`t want another one

6.8 for me today

Blood results yesterday were great, nurse was gobsmacked lol .... was 7.9 in march this year now at 6.3 . No longer on gliclizade woop woop !! Lost 7kg bigger woop woop !! Still a long way to go , but to say I'm a happy bunny is an understatement

Well done mine went from 7.9 to 6.9 in a month well pleased
