Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

5.0 this morning after a rough night my chest does not like this humid weather. I don't mind the heat its just the humidity and pollen that affect me. Never mind off to church later and spending this afternoon with my little brother
 
4.8 Very happy with that. I tried one small scoop of coffee ice cream as part of supper (45 grams - 10 carbs). Went from 4.9 before meal to 6.4 2 hours later so that was OK.and the whole meal had 48 carbs.
 
I go for the CT scan on my chest 1st July to get a better picture of what the nodule is.....helpppppppppppp

Good luck PatsyB, will you get the results the same day or have to wait awhile? Hope it all turns out for the best x

Good luck Patsy you will be fine I have got some small ones on both lungs but they haven't changed for a few years. Let us know how you get on I am around if you want to PM me for more info love Lou
 
Morning ya'll;-)
After yesterday's stunts, I had a great 5.2 at 2am, and 5.5 fasting, which is back on the good track
Today I'll cook a very slow-cooked mutton stewB-)
I'll let you know the outcome:-D
 
5.3 am, bit of a lie in this morning, feeling a bit tired last night, wheels fell and slept like a log.

The sun is a distant memory....grey and wet the now....
 
Late to bed last night as I was watching England beat Canada in the World Cup (what a brilliant performance!). Didn't affect my blood though as it was another 5.1 when I eventually got up
