Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

It was 6.2 this exceeding hot morning, in Seville now so expecting it to hit 40 soon. Got to stop eating a bit of bread they give you in Restaurants, I know soon I won't stop at a corner of the roll and I'll eat the whole **** thing. Will power is required !!!!

7.2 this morning (Indian meal last night)
5.2 after lunch feeling really really rough and very tired.
Still lost a stone in the month of July so not all bad!

7.4 this am and feeling tired out so decision time is at hand too much work kills horses and donkeys I am told

Morning all, a 5.1 for me this wet and cloudy morning. Where is summer??
 
Morning all 6.9 after constant head aches ..high bgs and a nasty little bug laid me low for nearly 2 days and now surprise surprise another heard ache or it it might be the same one i went to bed with ..
 
7.2 this morning. Not sure what's happened there, my highest morning reading for a while.

7.7 before bed last night on metformin 1000 daily and gliclazide 80mg but on loads of other meds due to rare lung condition. All help gratefully received.
