Hello
Try Green tea three times in a day after taking food. Certainly it will help. I in same boat like you.
I am on diet since last 7 years. Try avoid carbohydrate many time ( I eat once a day). Try green vegetables & salads.

Hope everything works out and your daughter is well soon.

6.9.

Totally committed to LCHF since March and still my fasting bs aren't responding yet I achieve 4's and 5's during the day. Appointment made with GP for next week to see if I can get some of that lovely stuff @alliebee and @kimbo1962 are on to give things a kick start. 7 months is long enough....

Poor @kimbo1962 . Sorry to hear about your daughter. What a way to spend half-term. Hope she is better soon and you can enjoy the rest of your week off x

Hi Kimbo

Hope she is feeling better.

Diana its a seriously good med. I've had no side effects other than a dry mouth for first few days. You must drink a lot. Its helped me achieve the last lowering esp fasting. Its worth a try. Its still quite a new drug. My chemist had to order it in. Good luck

Oh Mike that is funny.....good on you!

4.8 this morning , amazed since we have a house full and last night had 1/2 chippy battered fish and 6 chips.

Would appear the Vodka is doing its bit.

Don't worry folks didn't fall of the wagon but sometimes a little of what you fancy does you good.

Have a great day everyone

Lots of us here find chippie fish doesn't raise us too much. I eat half the batter and maybe 4 chips. Doesn't raise me more than 1
.5. Just try and then test

@kimbo1962 I am thinking of you both. Hope all goes well. x
@alliebee and @Rosie1953 Well done to you both. Delighted for you.
@Marko723 Fabulous photos. Bird photography is one of my hobbies.

Readings yesterday all between 4.7 and 6.3
5.5 at bedtime
6.2 this morning What the *&)%$ not been that high in ages and absolutely no reason for it.
