Stay safe or go for a swim

5.7 (average of 5.6/5.8) after bedtime of 5.1 - maybe I should have retested the 5.1

5.4 this morning - had gone to bed on 4.8 and had my usual virtually carb free hot chocolate and some cheese as I hadn't had my usual raspberries and cream after dinner, strangely didn't fancy them! Very unusual!
Absolutely freezing here again, showing -1 with real feel of -7, really festive but not nice to get around in!

6.1 here. Went to bed on 6.1 too. Ought to have tested at 7 when I woke up but it was dark and cold so I went back to bed. Should have just got up as my frozen shoulder started screaming at me... Just been reading it can take up to 3 years to go fully. Between that, fibromyalgia, anxiety and diabetes I may just ask our nice vet to put me down!! At least it's not raining here @pavlosn stay safe in all of that. A day for staying at home and dusting the Christmas decorations , maybe?

Had the same thing Frozen Shoulder abt 7/8 years ago regrettably it did take 2/3 years to fully free up but the pain decreased rather rapidly to a dull ache, hope you recover quicker

5.1 for me at 10am. Think it's just a cup of tea for breakfast. Pre lunch reading will therfore be interesting.....

5.2 at bedtime (bang on normal)
Fasting 6.3/6.1/6.2 Re-tested due to apparent larger than normal liver dump.

Going back to what people were saying about blood blobs. If mine come out a thin red, or smeared, I discard and prick again in case it is affected by finger being damp after washing or contamination on the skin, or because squeezing has caused other things to come out, and because it says something about that in the meter instructions. (Accu chek leaflet). I think it is the dark red round blob that is the correct one. I believe some people (type 1's) usually wipe away the first blob and squeeze again. I have seen comments about this on other threads. Could be @noblehead.

Thank you for caring, Jan, but please don't worry. I'm not stressing and it doesn't spoil my day in any way! I'm just a pedant that likes accuracy! I know my numbers are good. x

Hope the shoulder eases today

Cold wind here too. Feels much colder than +5℃ it's reading
