5.3 today.....lots to do, but I will be check back in with you lovely lot later to see how we are doing Christmas eve!!

5.4 this morning. Late night out for a meal and eating a few things that I normally wouldn't. We are away to a little hotel for Christmas with probably no wi fi so will likely have to catch up when we return.

5.8 after a shocking night's sleep. Awake in pain till 2.30 then woke up in pain at 8. Have got up and popped turkey crown in oven but Mr e will have to do all lifting as my arms don't have the strength today.
Have a lovely Xmas in case I don't catch you all later x

8.0 this morning. Lots of running around to do. Table for 12 tomorrow so I was at M&S at 7am to pick up my Christmas food...then on to morrisons for a few things I had forgotten... Dad has just cooked me a lovely breakfast (no one does a fry up like my dad). Just drinking a cup of tea then I'm off to run more errands and drop my parents off at the shops for a little last minute shopping. While their shopping gonna get my hair cut and my roots enhanced lol...

Have a great day everyone and just in case we don't catch up again, have a wonderful Christmas and be kind to your bodies

5.3 at bedtime
5.3 this morning.

The drawbridge is up at our house. Only being let down for dog walks. Purse and wallet firmly shut. People shopping on Christmas Eve must be nuts!!! Just a few jobs to do round the house, nothing nasty. Nice bath. Heaven.

Not yet.. will have a warm bath in a bit and see how I feel then.. it tends to ease a bit as day goes on. Also skipping metformin till tonight as I think it is that that is making my fibromylagia worse.

"Liked" but the usual caveat. Hadn't thought of meds impact on fibromyalgia
 

New to all this. Thanks for your invaluable advice so far ....
