I plumped for Montreal as a guess - 5 hrs behind UK but we've also an Australian or two - though its my morning at 9:00 am its 8pm in MelbournePeople are waking up while I'm getting ready for bed. I guess I'm a few time zones away.

4.8 this morning. Had my review with the GP. No change in medication and he wasn't too keen on the self testing even though i argued the point that after my recent eye scare it would seem to be a prudent thing to do. His argument was based on my HbA1c of 49 (6.6) being very good. I argued that in light of my recent eye episode I need to be at 42 (6.0). No chance of getting any strips on prescription.
