Were you at my house Rodders, as I had the same meal? (4.1 pre and 4.2 post prandial. I think my liver was paying beforehand....) Did you have rice, or pass on it? (I passed as I can't be bothered doing a modest portion of rice for only me.

Rice? RICE? Never touch the stuff! No, just the chilli, not as big a proportion of beans as I might once have had though. I would have had some salad leaves with it but there was no room on the plate. Then I was going to leave some for lunch today, but it was so nice. Then I was going to do without the berries and cream because of the quantity - but I didn't
