Bedtime - 5.8
Fasting - 6.9

I've not posted for a while. First I ran out of metformin, then test strips. Now I've run out of Christmas cake ....

Yesterday I had my stats taken by my PT on her body composition analyzer. She is also s a qualified nutritionist. She commented on my flat tummy and is very excited by the decrease in all my numbers ie BMI, fat mass, fat% and BMR and is encouraging me to continue LCHF despite no dramatic weight loss but I am losing inches quicker than I'm losing weight. I need to have a link or two taken out of the silver chain bracelet I wear day and night as it is now falling over my hand and I've also gone down 2 bra sizes... Sorry if TMI

Happy Monday everyone and wrap up warm

That's long enough, my last stay was a month in ICU then 3 weeks in the High Dependency Unit and a week on the general ward...bored to death in the place lol

4.7 before dinner
5.4 after 2 burgers of wholemeal buns but that was the only carb meal of day
5.6 fasting

5.0 this morning, don't want to go out, it's a thick frost and freezing cold!

8.2 this am ...slept a lot better last night, still had to visit the loo around 2am but got straight back to sleep...feel mush better after a good sleep

4.7 this morning - now down to less than 25g of carbs a day which seems to be helping massively

7.4 today :curious: was up late last night and it was snowing heavily when I went to bed, but it's all gone now!
Sounds like a case for the soon to be resurrected X-Files. Better BGs today Pav so no lines lol

5.6 this morning- i like so much better than yesterday's 5.9 !
One week in on meds free and no major change as yet

4.2 this morning , that's the best it's been in ages and no change from 1.00am . Liver playing nice

Just so you know, miracles do happen I tested 3 times, and I was 4.3 this morning... wooohooo I only wish I knew what I had done to achieve this!! That said, I may just have caught my liver at a good time before it started to release, so I guess the 2hrs after breakfast test will be the clincher...but I'm still celebrating
