Many of us experience a rise due to "dawn phenomenon", our livers kick in overnight sometimes if they think we are in need with not eating, it's annoying isn't it? How long do you go from last eating? Sometimes a low carb snack at bed can help8.1 @ 8.10 am. It was 6.6 @ bedtime last night.
I am new to testing, the reading is higher than bedtime last night, is that ok?

I just realised that in the last two weeks I've had records for dinner preprandial (4.2), dinner +2 (5.0, last night) and fasting (4.8). The last few days all my +2s have been 6.0 or less.
well I am off to DESMOND, don't know about it being educational but it should be entertaining at the very least from what I have read on here, will let you know how it goes......
