4.9 at 10:30 am.....fasting....defied liver dump by being up every hour (dog wth trots) and having snacks almost everytime I was downstairs....makes you hungry and can't get back to sleep hungry....and a brew one of first times. Zombie land and not a hangover from show either

Poor dog ( and you ) Our dog is almost 12, very ill 18 months ago, liver disease. But she's not doing bad, still likes her morning walks, which is helping my bs no end.

Batch 44 is **** I think
Last night I reached home to 5.8 I am usually 4.8 4.9
I took the kit with me to warmer room
Had dinner and 2 hours late 4.9
Again left the kit in the cold room and morning was 6.5
I really hope this batch finished soon

Has anyone recently ordered strips for codefree as if they are more constant in terms of there readings I would just order another batch. This is disheartening to say the least 6.5

Have a read of the thread about these strips, started by AndBreathe. I wrote to Homehealth asking if they had received any complaints about batch 44 and pointed out some of the discrepancies I had found. They have now exhausted their supply of batch 44, so you are safe to order more. Do read the thread, it is an interesting reply.

All my readings for the past week have been on a new tub of 44 and they are absolutely fine! I have not had one odd or failed reading on this particular tub, unlike the other two tubs of 44.

Anywhere between 4.5 and 5.5 according to batch 44. I'd say lower end of that, but unfortunately I was up during the night,. erm,............. recycling dinner. I have no idea why, but it was singularly unpleasant.

I don't do sick.

I don't do vomiting. In fact, MrB had never, ever seen me vomit before (obviously, that made his night!), such is it's rarity. It's just before 10am now and I've just had a few cubes of cantaloupe and a plain yoghurt as I was hungry. Fingers crossed that's the last we see if it!

Play nicely boys and girls.

Oh nasty. I don't do sick either, and it's also a rarity for me. Better out than in though.

Fingers crossed it's a 24 hr thing. Its only happened to me twice, once with norovirus and once after a bad muscle.Muscles are now one of the few foods I dislike.

Hope it's short lived. I'm not great with sick. My nightmare when son was little was the whole strip bed and wash the sicky sheets routine.

7.2. Two weeks into finding control. Down from the 14s. Wish I could get down to the 5s. I am low carbing. Hope I can stick with it.
Stick with us and you WILL stick with it. If you start to struggle tell us and maybe we can help out with other food suggestions and stuff. Welcome to the thread

My son once came out of his bedroom, shouted downstairs I feel sick ........ 13 steps later I was finished cleaning......

Just out of interest I was dreaming about stormy seas again last night and have been getting this a lot lately. In fact most of my dreams are of the sea, wonder why ?
Maybe you were a trawlerman in another life - You've seen Perfect Storm I take it

Big GENTLE hugs back - I know what its like

How interesting.
