There's TWO 6 o'clocks in a day . My fasting was at 7:30 - dog wanted out but I got back into bed for a bit. Hence a fasting AND pre breakfast for me today.

6.2 for me today.

Would you believe it I fell asleep last night after my bacon n egg butty, woke at 10.00pm staggered off to bed and never gave testing a thought. It's 6.3 this morning though so quite high for me, had a couple of those this week, but everything is up in the air until we move next monday. Trying to empty the freezer and food cupboard of excess food that we dont want to take with us. Honestly there's only the two of us and we keep far to much food in. I'm only having one small cupboard and one freezer at the new place I've decided
