Will this coming week be my first of all fours I'm wondering ......

6.3 this morning. Had a pre meal reading of 4.8 this evening. Lowest yet Yahoo!!

6.4 this morning, holidays can be stressful (and it's hard to exercise with a large glass of red wine in your hand).

More effort required (on the vine front, obviously), Rodders. Way more effort.

You are doing brilliantly well with some excellent readings. I wouldn't worry too much about a blip for a day. I am as guilty as anyone about moaning about a reading in the 5's which I know annoys some people. Keep at it.

Thanks diabetes and other long term health problems can be a nightmare. We all just keep plodding on

How strange - when I clicked the LIKE a message popped up saying "Are you sure you want to LIKE this post" never had that come up before.......
Nor me I thought it was funny my post that is maybe I'm being too frivolous for this site lol

I call it moving into Mandingo territory.
He's the first I noticed running regular 4's.

@Patricia21

You'll get there. Odd thing for me is that if I run a 6 (long time back) or a 4, I feel no different and that is without meds at all. I thought dropping the metformin last month would raise them. It has done the opposite.

This is just me, but anything under a 7.0 I can live with. Under a 4.0, it is a no no. That's a wide gap. So be it

5.4 from a cloudy and stuffy Bahrain... I'm a lot happier with that...
