Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

What exercises are you doing? Sounding good, what ever it is. Good stuff
Hi, nothing major just the exercise bike for cardio and some resistance band work for strength training. I always exercise 1hr after eating and I think it`s the timing that's important, plus the fact that I never used to do anything at all. It was actually someone on this forum who mentioned about exercising 1hr after food, wish I could remember who but it`s been quite a while now. forgot to mention that whilst cycling I do twisting at the waist, I don't think it`s a recognised exercise but I figured any kind of movement in that area of the body would be useful.

Soya yoghurt is the only yoghurt I can eat and nuts are a big no no cause of allergies
That's a shame about nuts cos it's quite limiting with the low carb recipes with nuts/nut flour in them.....but glad there is now soya yoghurt yoy can eat.
 
A nice 5.2 this morning after a bedtime of 5.3!
Very windy and much cooler than yesterday here- felt like spring yesterday
 
Blue sky and sunshine very mild.
 
10.5 this morning had a lie in so think is a liver dump. Was good last night and had grilled fish with lots of veggies.
