Have a lovely, relaxed time... feet up... and breathe...

4.5 this morning

Off for a weekend in Leeds now. There's just a chance I may be naughty tonight......
...I hope you mean food naughty.... Enjoy....

I always used to be high (8-12) on a morning but have started having much better figures of late, 5.7 this morning, maybe the exercise is finally paying dividends!
For sure it is... that's your reward... Well done...

Yes, yes, and most definitely yes.
Really? I wonder if that's why mine is 6.9 this morning... unusual for me but it's been creeping up all week... Away from home as usual and a weird routine of very early mornings and long breaks between meals... out on site and not having as much water as I'd normally have... Thank you for that...

ah, the sugar coating.....
Ahhh, never thought of that... I usually have the gel ones as they don't seem to upset my tummy at all... Funny how the smallest thing can put the numbers up... maybe we are a bit sensitive to the results and it's not so important once in a while... can't help worrying though...

Sorry @s_k_s... thanks for posting all our numbers.... Wednesday was 6.2; Saturday 5.6; Today 6.9.... I've been awake with a terrible headache since 3.30am... maybe that would do it, but the numbers have been awful since last Tuesday...

5.0 amazed at this figure, have been rather naughty for me this weekend, spent yesterday in my local public house watching the amazing rugby, and ate a full baguette with sausage and cheese, didn't take an evening reading.

Oh well appear to have dodged a bullet, have a great day all back later.

Hope things get back to normal for you sooner rather than later, keep well.

5.9 this morning. Bullet proof coffee AND home made sausage and egg muffin in preparation for a big yomp with the Kent LDWA on the Sevenoaks circular.

I noticed on the pack info that some sugar free mints can be almost 100% carbohydrate - do these spike anyone's BGs?
Yep...

What is this bullet proof coffee I keep hearing about I suppose I should google

Busy day on my feet for most of yesterday and a late night out but a bit of a lie-in this morning and a 5.9 - at least we're back down under 6!
