I didn't even think of that. I do have one but I can't afford to replace it all the time but even if I just wear it on the day of the run that will probably put my mind at ease.</p><p></p><p>I like the park runs too! It took me a while to get the confidence to go though and then when the Great North Run came up I thought stuff it I will give it a go even if it kills me. If it contributes towards a cure it will all be worth it</p></blockquote><p></p>
