I posted this link (below) to another thread and a few members stated it was excellent and worth viewing so I thought I would post here. Be warned it is quite long and has some technical medical terms but google was very handy for me with this issue. I watched it about 20 times over the last year to fully understand the stats etc. I sent it to my dietician and she was very impressed and forwarded it to all her colleagues.
