Isn't yoghurt just milk that's warmed up a bit and left to go yoghurty?
Can't you do the same using cream instead of milk for yourself?

I did buy cream cheese too but seems too thick for tzatziki
I wonder isn't there any caterer that sells tubes of high fat white paste or something?
