People treat themselves too much, so it stops being a treat and becomes a lifestyle.

Good point, its when that little treat becomes a regular occurrence.
When I eat out in a restaurant I couldn't give a **** what the calorie content of the food is as it's usually a special occasion, obviously need to be aware of the carb content so I can adjust my insulin but the rest is immaterial.
