Maybe I’m lucky but I manage. I’m 70, love my whiskey and don’t make any adjustments to my diet for UC. My last flare up was over 2 years ago and I’m due to see my UC consultant anytime (missed my appointment as I was in South America on holiday). It would be easy to say don’t worry but I’ve found with both my diabetes and UC you don’t let it take over.</p></blockquote><p></p>
