Unable to contact Shop or D.c.uk

I am unable to contact 'our leaders' or to ask the Shop for information or, in fact, try to purchase from them. It would appear that they either do not recognize me or accept my password. All of this seems to have occurred since the Site changed its format. Maybe D.c.uk servers will not co-operate with Indonesia? Also have found that One Touch Ultra does not respond.
