Unable to log in on PC

I don't use chrome as I tried it out a while back and kept having problems, similar to the one you described about login.
To open internet, I now use Internet Explorer. I was using Microsoft Edge, and suddenly it disappeared!!
I would have done just as you have described! My Dad is the expert I turn to when I have laptop gremlins!
But instead of re-boot, try a shut down, give it a break overnight, then re-start in morning... worth a shot!

I had a lot of problems with the site a few days ago, but I put it down to W10 update. It was a huge creators update that went on for hours and after that I tried to post on the site and all sorts of problems.... so might be site or maybe W10?
